EAT THIS FOR BREAKFAST, IT WILL BURN YOUR STOMACH FAT!


To prepare this breakfast you will need:

– 300 ml sour cream (or low-fat yogurt)
– 2 tablespoons of oat flakes
– 1 teaspoon of ground flax seeds
– 1 teaspoon cocoa powder
– 5-7 dried plums

Preparation of the breakfast:

Breakfast is prepared in the evening for the next day.

Drizzle with a little boiling water (100 ml) dried plums. Cover and leave on for 5-10 minutes.

During this time put the oat flakes, crushed flax seed and cocoa in a bowl. Pour the sour cream and stir well.

Chop the prunes (you can in a blender to a state of “pure” or the super chips, or manually) and add to the previous mixture.

Mix well and refrigerate.

In the morning, remove from the fridge and enjoy your healthy and delicious breakfast. The results will soon be visible.

The first day you can have “interesting” feeling in my stomach :), but it will pass. Your digestive system will start working as a clock!
