Arthritis – mixed with honey it can be used for treating arthritis. Apply it externally for treating joint pain or drink a glass of water with  2 tsp of honey and 2 tsp of AVC 3 times a day.

Eczema – Take the usual dosage of honey and ACV with water and drink it 3 times per day with your meals. You can apply ACV to the skin for a couple of times during the day.


Asthma – add 1 tbsp. of vinegar in a glass of water and sip it for half an hour. Repeat after another half hour.

Blood loss – Take 2 tsp of ACV in a glass of water three times a day.

Colitis – Add two tsp of vinegar and natural honey with water 3 times per day.
