Muscle rub and cayenne joint recipe

You need:
  • ¼ cup coconut oil
  • ¼ cup cocoa butter
  • ¼ cup beeswax
  • 2 tsp cayenne powder
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 10 drops mint oil
  • Jar
Place the butter, oil, beeswax in pyrex glass and then into pan with 3 inches water. The pyrex should rest inside the water. The water now simmers and stir until the beeswax and butter and oil all melt. Add cayenne, turmeric, ginger and stir. Remove pan from heat and add the mint oil. Put this in a jar and before this it must be cool. Put lid and rub where needed.

Refrigerate the rub to last 6-8 weeks.
